The construction of Villas do Cobre Design, a 9-home housing development for Top Living in Cascais, is currently underway.

The houses have been designed with simple volumes stacked on top of each other. At the base, you'll find the living areas that open out towards the private gardens, while the first floor is dedicated to the bedrooms. Most of the houses boast views down towards Cascais from a continuous south-facing balcony, which also serves as passive solar shading.
